Complete all artwork requests accurately, efficiently, and timely as an individual or as a team effort.

• Employ design skills to initiate, revise, and/or finalize artwork – generally within 24 hours from the initial request.
• Develop rapport with the Sales team to enhance maximum sales effort and efficiency.
• Utilize time management skills to effectively negotiate workflow, client communications, and Graphic Design tasks.
• Consult with the Art Director on all conceptual drawings/proofs.
• Submit properly formatted graphics to production.
• Comply with recommended file-saving and archiving methodology for optimal file organization and easy access to client artwork.
• Submit new job proposals requested by customers and convert them to actual sales.
• Consult with assigned sales professionals and management on all price quotations.
• Become proficient in the usage of proprietary operating system.
• Maintain accurate billable time records.
• Maintain knowledge of core signage product along with appropriate application(s).
• Work with clients through verbal, written, and face-to-face communications to meet needs.
• Develop ideas for new products and services.
• Follow up on sales orders from the concept to completion.
• Perform daily duties in office-based location or, when necessary, from remote location.

Education and/or Work Experience

• A.A. in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Marketing or equivalent creative focus.
• Degree may be substituted with 1-3 years’ professional Graphic Design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, in a Windows PC environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
